4th of July Songs for your American Wedding




If you are a true American, then you probably decided that your wedding day should be synonym to the big birthday of your nation: the Fourth of July. If you ask me, this date has also the advantage of never forgetting about your wedding anniversary.




Fourth of July is known for picnics, backyard barbecues and fireworks so you could include this in your wedding etiquette. That way you will celebrate two special events. Beside red roses centerpieces, white and silver table cloths and little American flags, any good party needs to have good music. If you want to add a national touch to your American wedding you can sneak some patriotic songs into your wedding playlist.

Let’s start with “The Star Spangled Banner.” No song is more synonymous with the American national celebration than the national anthem. It has been performed by many artists in numerous versions. Some nice versions include: Alabama , Louis Armstrong, The Charlie Daniels Band, the Oak Ridge Boys, Dolly Parton and LeAnn Rimes.
