There can’t be a wedding without music and the same goes with guests. It is an important part and not only for the entertainment side, thinking about the whole time of a reception party. For the essence of a wedding in fact the ceremony music is needed also.
The wedding music varies and so it should be especially for the party as people not to be bored about a single genre. But as like any other part of a wedding music too has to be suitable for the time and event. Not only it has to bring something in common in its lyrics with what is happening this day but to be as rhythm and all its characteristics appropriate for the type of event as style.
If for the party almost all the types of music are acceptable ceremony wedding songs are of a different genre. The first thing which imposes this is the fact that the religious ceremony takes place in a sacred location, the church considered to be the God’s House. From this point of view not all the music type is in agreement with the event so you can choose religious songs, traditional ones or as a modern influence slow love songs, non vocal ones. Some of the names in this way may be Enya, Enigma or Vangelis. Apart from this, ceremony wedding songs can change the direction a little bit in case the wedding is planned outside the church, outdoor. It can be a beach wedding or a garden one so in this way the priest will accept a different genre for the wedding music.
But not much it is changed and if classic music is not on your taste again the modern path may be the solution. You can choose contemporary artists such as Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and many others.
