Father daughter wedding songs in Spanish

There are some situations when only a Spanish song can be the solution at your problem. I know some Spanish brides who’ll get married with American men, but still they’d like to turn back at their roots at least in the moment of the dance with their fathers. Even that half of your guests will be American and the other half will be Spanish, or even that the location where the wedding party will be held is somewhere in America, a Spanish song still is welcomed. No matter what nationality you are, you should be proud of it and never forget that your country’s blood run through your veins. Turning back at the mainly topic, in this article I’d like to share with all the brides-to-be who already are running out of time some father daughter wedding dance songs in Spanish.

I know that there are many women who’d love to dance with their fathers while a familiar song is played and we must admit that if we’ll choose a great song, we’ll be proud to say “This singer was born in my country!”  As familiar you are with the song played during the dance with your father, as great will be your performance and imagine how emotional load will have this moment. Despite  this dance is already filled with emotions, memories, desires, love and respect, imagine yourself getting married in other part than in your country, loosing yourself in your daddy’s arms and hearing a melody that reminds you of your sweet country. No, it’s not time to get blue, but it’s time to be proud of your roots and dance with immensely pleasure.

There are lots of Latin songs which are suitable for a wedding party (even for an integral American wedding) like “Bamboleo”, “Volare”, “Bem bem bem Maria” performed by Gipsy Kings or the eternal delicious song “Lambada” performed by Kaoma, but still you are in need of some Spanish songs suitable for the dance with your father so I made a short selection with father daughter wedding dance songs in Spanish and here’s what I have for you: “Mi nina bonita” performed by Dany Rivera and Lucecita Benitez or Vicente Fernandez, “De nina a mujer” performed by Julio Iglesias, “Ese que me dio vida” performed by Alejandro Sanz, “My baby you” performed by Marc Antony (is both in English and Spanish version), “Bendita tu luz” performed by Mana and Juan Luis Guerra, “Es por ti” performed by Juanes, “Tiempo de vals” performed by Chayanne, “La vida es un carnaval” performed by Celia Cruz. I hope these suggestions will be helpful for you and will set the tone of a great party!
