Cutting the wedding cake is a very funny, important, precious and delicious moment. And my list of adjectives can continue because I adore this part of the wedding party. But for having a great moment and also for leaving to all your guests a fabulous impression, the moment of cutting the wedding cake requires quite lot of attention. Many brides-to-be pay their attention in choosing and ordering the cake, some of them even want to assort the wedding cake to the wedding theme.
At many weddings I had the nice surprise of tasting the cake and saying: “Wow! This cake is really delicious and so light!” and surprise, the bride invested her time in backing the wedding cake. For all those who want to bake their own cake, I only have a single thing to say: “Ladies, congratulations!”, this thing meaning that you accomplished all the others wedding planning tasks and now you’d like to have a relaxing moment by baking the wedding cake. On the other hand, this moment requires a good music. Not too noisy, not very slowly, but a gorgeous soundtrack. While some brides simply choose like four or five songs (not really random, but not very elaborated), other brides choose some songs which really have a meaning for them. They plan the moment of cutting the wedding cake with maximal attention. I call these brides-to-be very perfectionist ladies. Other couples choose to toast a cup of champagne and doing photos with their guests after cutting the cake.

There are many ideas for having a great moment and you must plan this part of the wedding party with lot of attention and why not, you can also try to put your personal mark on this ritual! Because I’ve started in telling you some few words about songs for cutting the wedding cake, I’ll continue this idea with some suggestions of melodies.
