Hear Wedding Songs + Bride

When starting to make the music selection for the wedding the bride and groom have one first and main goal: to find those most expressive songs for the event, suitable for the occasion, for what is happening. So targeted songs about the wedding in other words.

Traditional songs, common ones or modern sounds it doesn’t matter but to be about the persons in cause. And as traditionally the wedding in its majority is called the bridal party the bride has priority in this.

When hearing wedding songs about the bride you think instantly to include them in your wedding repertory. But the selection should have a much more strength base. Is the context on the same page with the song? Does the song lyrics has to strictly specify the bred and groom as to sure it is suitable for the event?

Taking an example will make you understand better. Just because the title suggests this and the lyrics mention over and over again the term wedding this doesn’t mean that the song called “White wedding” by Billy Idol is quite suitable. Actually is an irony about the wedding idea.

Apart from this, what the bride should take into account is that love songs are as well tricky. It less matters if there is the word “bride” or “groom” mentioned. But again attention on the lyrics is required. For instance “I will always love you” is quite matching with the bride and groom life promises but the songs sung by Whitney Houston is actually about a sad story with no happy ending and a regret left about love lost.

The conclusion is that out of burning desire to follow your goal you may be distracted by various things and in the end choose what you shouldn’t.
