When it comes to make the wedding music selection for the church ceremony grooms know they have restrictions. But not the same limited list they have for the party time. And along with a wide category comes the incertitude about what should they choose.
The first songs to be included in the play list will be the needed ones for specific key moments. Even though having or not a traditional wedding type grooms need songs for introduction, a song for their first dance. Of course maybe the genre and rhythm will be changed. The guiding part of the grooms in their selection mission will be of course their preferences on regards of the music type. But shouldn’t they focus more on modern wedding love songs?
First and foremost, love songs are the base of a play list for such an event since it is the expression of a wedding essence. In fact this is what people celebrate, the love of the bride and groom getting them to this sacred unity made. And why should it be more about modern category of songs? With traditional weddings a common fact grooms can try to change the pattern, to be different; young generations want contemporary music so this should be the grooms’ reliable source as entertainment to their reception party. Modern wedding love songs is a hard to define category and this because in case for the grooms’ first dance for example the song will be chosen from this section it will mean anything else but a waltz as how tradition requests.
And for the rest of the party the love songs as modern music type can be about names such as Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Nelly Furtado, Rihanna etc. As long as you don’t bore the guests with a too long list of such music anything can be an option.
