The entire wedding is a fabulous event in the life of every person and we all know how hard is to plan a wedding and to take care also about fine points such as: flowers, decorations, cookies, wedding cake and music. A wedding includes many parts, especially if we talk also about the ceremony, traditions and rituals. But, between all the well known traditions, rituals and important moments, some parts still remain the most adored and expected such as first dance, garter removal or cutting the wedding cake.

And because I already started to talk about the first dance, in this article I’d like to devolve a bit this part of the wedding, because in my opinion, the first dance is one of the most beautiful, important and precious moment of the wedding party. Personally, I consider the first dance the most important part of the wedding party because it is a moment that remains as a memory in your mind, a memory that you’d like to live it again and again after many years. It’s that kind of memory that brings you a huge smile on your face, or on the contrary, makes you feel blue. I’m so sorry that I already wrote you about memories, about time and somehow about the cruelty of this life: about times that pass without looking back.

The only thing that I want is to make you paying more attention in preparing this moment because everything must go well, especially this beautiful tradition. What do you need for this precious moment? Well, my receipt is quite simple, but effective: two happy adorable newlyweds, emotions, vivid feelings, passion, freedom and a beautiful song. As you can see, the first dance is more about feelings because this is what your guests are expecting to see through your first dance, through your first manifestation as married couple. Of course, there are couples and couples with different desires, plans and ideas.

And let’s not forget how much had devolved the ancient weddings till modern weddings. As for me, it quite seems that wedding are starting to be more like shows or performances than pure love celebration. But, probably I’m confusing the modern ideas with everybody’s personal mark. For not leaving the subject of this article called most popular first dance wedding songs, I’d really like to offer you some suggestions of songs and also some tips.

Let’s start with some simple tips for choosing the correct melody for the first dance. Well, it’s good to find out that there is no receipt about “how to choose the song for the first dance?” All you must do is to choose with your soul this important melody. You can respect the tradition and choose a waltz for this moment; as well you can choose a passionate tango. But if you have a melody only of you two, an amazing song that really has a meaning for you, than don’t hesitate to play this song during your first dance.

There are also couples who choose the craziest song for their first dance. Well, since that song speaks volumes about their couple or about their memories, than share the same joy with them. Let me suggest you the most popular first dance wedding songs:  “Angels” performed by Robbie Williams;“Beautiful In My Eyes” performed by Joshua Kadison; “Bless The Broken Road” performed by Rascal Flatts; “Bring It On Home” performed by Little Big Town;  “By Your Side” performed by Sade; “Chasing Cars” performed by Snow Patrol; “Crazy Love” performed by Brian McKnight;  “Everything” performed by Michael Bubble.
