Blink182 lyrics are not considered to be very smart or edgy, but they are very entertaining and make a lot of sense if listened carefully and they are also easy to remember. The beat of the songs is really fast.
Speaking about wedding songs, here are some songs of the above mentioned band that can be used for the wedding reception:
Feeling This is the first single from their fifth album called Blink-182, released in 2003. The song is seen as a transition to a more mature style, musically and lyrically speaking. A different version of the song has been used previously as the soundtrack for the video game Madden NFL 2004 under the title Action. You can use it for your first dance song if you want to be a little different than other couples.

All the Small Things is a single from Blink-182 1999 album called Enema of the State. It is one of only two Blink-182 singles that reached the number 1 spot on the US Modern Rock chart. Tom DeLonge, one of the vocalists of the band, was inspired to compose the song after his girlfriend, now his wife, complained that he had written many songs about all the other girls he had known in his life, but none about her. The song is about some moments that happened while they were together. This song is a good choice for the wedding reception.
I’m lost without you is considered to be one of their best romantic song, a really passionate song about unconditional and everlasting love, the kind of sappy song, good for a first dance song as husband and wife.
Blink-182 also has some songs which are to be avoided for any wedding ceremony and reception such as Stay Together for the Kids, Blow Job and Don’t Tell Me It’s Over. Their lyrics are definitely not appropriate for a wedding and could embarrass the guests.
