Songs For A Wedding Video
I have noticed lately that my boyfriend with all the weddings he was asked to attend to with the purpose to video-record them, has come to the point where the songs he had available got kind of boring as he used to recycle the same songs with every video film he needed to edit for a wedding celebration. I keep telling him that he shouldn’t bother as the wedding events are all the time different, but he says that he must get something new, to drop the old ones as he plans to do this job with pleasure and not with the feeling that he gets bored every time he has to insert the musical background.
As I am not that good at film editing, both for images and soundtracks, I ask him why would it be there a problem if he left the original musical sounds existing in the displaying of the wedding. He says that from the artist’s point of view, a wedding video wouldn’t look good and interesting having the sounds that are heard throughout the entire wedding celebration.

There are the sounds existing out there in the open air, with car blowing the horns, with a coughing of a guest during the ceremonial, with someone sneezing when the bride and groom are dancing, all in one the extra sounds that one can not hear being inside the wedding atmosphere. If every event had taken place without any auxiliary sounds, then the music displayed during the wedding celebration would be enough for the recording, but unfortunately none of this happens while a wedding festivity is being unfolded.
Seeing my boyfriend trying to solve the problem that really bugs him, I open my home PC and do some research in regard to the songs for a wedding video and not little am I surprised to realize that this problem is present also for the persons that edit the videos shot during a wedding celebration. Some of them even manage to keep the music originally displayed with the wedding event succeeding to eliminate the extra annoying sounds but to do this one has to be a real expert in working with various programs for making movies.

So, leaving this option aside, as it isn’t the case with my boyfriend, I manage to find a list of
songs for a wedding video offered by a wedding moderator who has gathered these choices of songs during the times of performing his duties. Some of them go for: Elton John ‘The way you look tonight’, Roy Orbison ‘A love so beautiful’, Tony Bennet ‘Fly me to the moon’, Chopin’s Piano Sonata No.3, Tchaikovsky’s Love theme from “Romeo and Juliet”, Anne Murray ‘Can I have this dance for the rest of my life’, and many others.
The list proves to be very helpful, the only thing left for my boyfriend to do is to synchronize the choices of songs with the event displayed in the wedding celebration, in this way conferring the video montage the fluidity of a celebration that is caught on film with the main goal to be preserved as a dear memory for the married couple and their family as well.
