The relationship between mother and daughter is truly unique and is one of the most powerful relations in this world. In fact, if I don’t make any mistake, there are lots of people who count the types of love taking into account the love of their parents and that is how we heard about parental love, love of a husband, love of a wife, love between brothers and sisters, and happily, love around the world because love is an universal feeling. Still, the most powerful relationship is between mothers and their children because they give us birth, they make constant efforts, sacrifices and compromises for growing their children, for offering them a good education, support them in any period of life, help them with pieces of advice and I must also speak about mothers’ efforts in becoming their daughters’ best friends?Because a wedding is not very easy to plan, the parents are getting involved into the organization helping the couple with all the necessary things. Many would say that their pride in front of all the other guests is the reason of their huge involvement, but I wouldn’t bet on this. I tend to believe that helping her daughter to plan her wedding, for a mother is the crown of her entire role in raising her. It’s her greatest happiness to see her daughter fall in love head over heels, preparing to say the most decisive “yes” in her life. The wedding is like a magic scene in a family portrait. Like always, mothers are very surprising and heart warming and they’d like to offer a proof of sincere “mercury” and mentor even in the wedding day. Through the music, they express their feelings and their desires.

Not only the bride will be totally overwhelmed, but also the guests. At many weddings, the idea of a musical dedication for mother to daughter always seemed to be stupendous, even if some tears appeared. There are lots of wedding songs for mother to daughter created by famous singers and compositors, but my advice is to read all the words before choosing the songs, because a song must speak only real things about family history or about feelings. Some very suitable wedding songs for mother to daughter are: “You can’t lose me” performed by Faith Hill, “In my daughters’ eyes” performed by Martina McBride, “Star” performed by Brian Adams, “Mama’s song” performed by Carrie Underwood, “Wind beneath my wings” performed by Bette Midler.
