Even though wanting to have a traditional wedding or not some parts are not changed. Take the example of wedding music for the religious ceremony; you shall need a song for the entrance of the bride and exit time. And wanting to have a changed genre as to be the modern style may be difficult for you in arguments with the priests.
For the beginning the ceremony the song selected is much more of the interest for the bride to be the one she likes and the priests may be flexible and accept a modern song.
But not the same thing happens for the exit time. “What songs should I use for a wedding recessional?” is the grooms’ dilemma now. First of all the recessional part is the ending time marked. With all the words said, the ceremony ending the grooms leave the church. Why aren’t priests in agreement with the grooms as any music type to be plaid? The processional time is a solemn moment so even though not meeting the clergymen disapproval the grooms cannot select any music, too loud one. And so for the ending time restrictions are too and your wondering “What songs should I use for a wedding recessional?” has to find the answer in correlation to this: it is still about the sacred place so the exit from the church is not yet the party starting and any disturbing, loud melody is not suitable here.
Apart from this, priests go on the premise that after the sacred unity have been made the bride and groom get responsible in God’s front for the marriage; they have to continue their life style into faith- as they agreed to get married into God’s words and laws, religious dogmas they shall respect these from now on. So, the rhythmic songs are a debauchery, an invitation to party and it is neither the place nor the time yet for this.
