What songs do we need to pick for our wedding?

Planning and organizing a wedding is not such an easy task even that you hired an even planner. There is lot of work to do in order to enjoy a perfect wonderful day of your life. The most important day in your life! But, the duties you must fulfill for organizing a wedding with all its parts become even harder as time passes and the big day is closer. That’s the reason why a conscious couple should start to plan their wedding even with an year before the big day. Usually, the most important things are solved such as booking the location, choosing a model for invitations, sending the invitations, hiring a decorator, a cameraman and a photographer and of course, buying the wedding outfits.




For enjoying a totally special and unique day, you should not miss a trick. What does mean? Well, it’s all about details and here I can name the wedding rings model, the wedding cake decorations, the flowers, the ideas for wedding party and of course, the music. What songs do we need to pick for our wedding? This is one of the most general questions, also very complex.

The answer to it can be also very ample because for creating the wedding play list, you must cater for some very important things and I offer you some tips in the following lines:<

-first of all decide if you want a Dj, a band to sing live music and even a choir for ceremony.

-make two folders in your computer: ceremony music and wedding party music.When creating the play list for ceremony, you must strictly cater for its parts such as: the prelude, the processional, the Unity ritual and the recessional.

When creating the play list for wedding party, also you must cater for its parts, but also for some traditions: the reception, the bridal party, the first dance, music for dinner and background, the bouquet tossing, music for cutting wedding cake, for garter removal, music for Dollar Dance, music for married couple, songs for mother and groom dance, songs for father and daughter dance and the last dance.

-try to include as many different musical genres in your play list for creating a diversified ambiance: country, disco, dance, instrumental, jazz, oldies, r&b, blues, polka, Latin songs, rap, rock, reggae and swing. This is the amount of musical genres that nowadays we can find on music market. Ideal is to include in your wedding play list not all these musical genres, but those which express your feelings, those which speaks volumes about your personality.
